    Home is a place we find within ourselves. It’s where we feel safe, authentic and welcome to be, regardless of what storms rage in the world outside. Social expectations, busy schedules and external events can get a bit tricky, steering us in directions away from our true selves.

     

    Somatic Centred Holistic Counselling, coaching and psychotherapy , Mindfulness and meditation are practices that support us to come back home and to build strong foundations. Over time we become less shaken or distracted by the happenings around us.

     

    I’ve been on my own pyschotherapeutic and mindfulness journey for nearly three decades, gathering skills and experience along the way. These foundational practices enable me to guide you back home, so you can walk your own path with clarity, calm and purpose.

    someone who cares. Together, we'll explore how you can choose to emerge from conditioned and habitual patterns to live your life on your terms. All your experiences are stored within you. From happiness to sadness, anger to joy, the wisdom of your body holds the answers you seek. Let's work together to uncover this wisdom through mindfulness and following your body's lead.

    Mindfulness is an inner journey, but we are social creatures

    But we humans are social creatures who need support. We each guide and learn. Retreats or gatherings are an opportunity to cultivate meditation practices together. As we share our journey we witness others, and together we build a collective home.

    Ritual practices hold and connect us, weaving the social fabric that strengthens community in difficult times.
