    Mindfulness Matters offer stand-alone programs and retreats. Our mindfulness menu allows you to tailor bespoke mindfulness, health, safety, and wellbeing workplace training packages. Below are the core programs offered by Mindfulness Matters. workplaces and organisations choose options from the Mindfulness Menu to deliver a completely bespoke program. (See below)

    Guided meditation session - 45 mins

    Fran will develop a bespoke guided meditation session, focussing on aspects such as stress reduction, bodily awareness, concentration, relaxation, mental focus.

    Yoga Nidra relaxation session - 45 mins

    Yoga Nidra ( yogic sleep) builds the rest muscles, supports stress relief and development of mindfulness through relaxation of body parts.

    Progressive muscle relaxation session - 45 mins

    soothes the parasympathetic nervous system, allows for total relaxation with the added benefit of building bodily awareness, which is the key to building mindfulness and resilience.

    “Chair Yoga” session with meditation - 60 mins

    Exactly how it sounds. Practicing Yoga in a chair, which is perfect for all office bound staff to increase flexibility of body and mind and release workplace stress. Includes a Progressive Muscle relaxation session and a short, guided meditation.

    Mindfulness Based stress reduction program tailored for your organisation - 90 mins

    A comprehensive program exploring stress reduction through understanding the autonomic nervous system, polyvagal theory, and how we can use this understanding to be more resilient, safe and in charge of our own responses.

    Relax, rewire and reenergise - 60 mins

    A 100% practical session of activities designed to support relaxation and provide staff with practical tools to release stress, become more present, and to build their ‘mindfulness’ muscles. This is an opportunity to rest the mind and body.
